We are pleased to announce the purchase of another unit on the site of our Sheet Metal Manufacturing Facility. This time we have acquired the Fabrication Centre.
We continue to expand our capabilities and workforce and as a result we also needed to grow our premises. We now operate out of five Manufacturing Centres on the site with each setup for a specific stage of the manufacturing process.
Our Manufacturing Centres: Profiling Centre, Fabrication Centre, Folding and Powder Coating Centre, Assembly Centre, Design and Development Centre.
Managing Director, Jason Austin, said of the investment, “We add this purchase to the recent purchase of our Powder Coating Centre. Our future on the site is now more secure and above all we have the space and flexibility to continue to grow.”
The Fabrication Centre allows for twelve welding bays with MIG and TIG capabilities and it also houses spot welding capacity. Mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and zintec sheet metals are all welded in the Fabrication Centre. We also process and fabricate tube and hollow sections in this unit.
