Unifabs offer full sheet metal manufacturing capabilities to companies who either make or assemble their own product lines.
We are able to offer multiple techniques to produce components, using CNC Punching and Fibre Optic Laser Cutting machinery, we are able to select the best and most cost-effective method.
Our Metal Bending facility, equipped with a large fleet of CNC Press Brake machines, is set up to process high volumes of parts accurately and repeatably.
The Fabrication Centre houses multiple MIG and TIG ready welding bays and is where we produce production runs of mild steel, stainless steel and Zintec fabrications.
Our In-House Powder Coating line is one of the most advanced in the market place and is designed to coat medium to large volumes of components to the highest quality. For items too large to go on the automated line, we also operate a manual booth and box oven in the same facility.
All of the components we manufacture can be brought together in our designated Assembly Centre where we can integrate these with other non-sheet metal parts such as dunnage, plug and play electrics and castors to produce a fully finished product.
